Ms. Applebaum’s career has consisted of work involving complex litigation, mass torts, product liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. She has 14 years of experience specifically practicing mass torts cases. Some of the many cases that Ms. Applebaum has litigated include suits against Vioxx, Syngenta, and Genetically Modified Rice.

Ms. Applebaum is a member of the American Bar Association, the Birmingham Bar Association, the Alabama Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. Ms. Applebaum has served as faculty for a number of continuing legal education courses on a variety of subjects, including:

Ms. Applebaum enjoys traveling and historical research, often combining the two. Ms. Applebaum is also spearheading a research project on the history and effects of tax policy from 1928-Present.
